Large dimensions Glulam beams
In our factory, we have very large spaces and we can manufacture bended glulam beams with an extreme length built specifically for mass timber buildings. UP TO 40 METERS. And that is not all. Thanks to a special CNC machine capable of driving tools of all kinds over exceptional lengths with tenths of a millimetre precision, we can perform complex operations of drilling, interlocking, inserting plates and steel elements, milling, edge trimming and finishing surfaces. Large sizes X-LAM panels
When we manufacture the slabs for multi-storey buildings, the stability of the construction is given by the size of the panels. We can process the large solid C-L-T panels by using machines which can produce formats up to 4x35 meters in order to guarantee the absolute stability. Cross laminated Timber CLT panels are now under observation because they "consume too much wood" and should be limited to the parts of the construction where, due to their characteristics and performance, they are indispensable. Timber frame - Platform frames
With a CNC machining center, we can produce platform frames walls for wood homes, assembled up to 13 meters long with a height of 3.50. During the building operations of the Timber frame walls for wood houses, in order to fully exploit their inside quality, we must consider that the best static result is granted by the regularity of the nailing. Wood panels for roofs - cilings
Our large-size bearing Timber frame panels are produced inside the factory and transported as a whole to the worksite. They are suitable for the covering, medium to large surfaces, where installation must be fast and the aesthetic, static, acoustic and thermal result is optimum. The visible panel is made up of three-layer fir panels with different thicknesses, with a smooth surface or with decorative milling and with a customized process according to the customer's taste or with a process for acoustic compliance. Long life wood facades
In the building sector, the exterior facades are often clad with wooden surfaces or other weather-resistant materials. The main function of the facades is to show the building the final image and, for this reason, Eurostratex pays much attention to it. A wood "ventilated wall" offers protection from the summer heat and the cold winter wind and it protects the building from noise coming from outside. Why a wooden facade cladding?
